Less mindless hustle. More mindful magic. It's a beautiful day to go after your dreams!
It’s vision casting time! In week three of this manifestation challenge, it’s time to take all of your thoughts, dreams, wishes, goals and bring them to life.
Vision boards have been part of my life for a really long time. I started making them when I was little and I had so much fun making them, but then they would end up under my bed or in my closet. Now I make them on a thick posterboard and I keep them on display in my bathroom. This allows me to see my thoughts and vision every morning and every evening. The trick is: you must envision your goals as if they have already happened and are true.
Oprah Winfrey once said "the biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams."
"The trick is: you must envision your goals as if they have already happened and are true."
Today’s manifestation challenge is to create a vision board for 2021!
A vision must be strong, high level and rooted inside of you. This vision will pull you through the lows and push you to go even higher. Then, regardless of what arises in the year ahead, both negative and positive, this vision will guide you. Where focus goes, energy flows. So, first focus your mind on what you want. Picture it vividly. And, then you must learn to control your mind and to focus on the light every day.
Six steps to creating your vision board:
Identify your 2021 goals in the 6 F categories. (Get caught up on this step here)
Grab a bunch of magazines, ads, or even print out images from Pinterest that embody your goals
Tear out quotes, words, actions, feelings that represent your goals
Secure them to a board in whatever creative way you choose. You can lump them by category, organize them neatly, or overlap them. Let your creativity fly!
Display it proudly In a prominent spot in your house - such as in your bathroom, home office, or by the door.
Look at it, all of it, at least two times a day and smile when you do.
Once you have your vision board done, display it and look at it every single day. If the year progresses, and your goals change, you can always add to the board, even putting images and words on top of others already on the board. It's meant to grow with you and be a daily reminder of all the goals you are going after when times get tough. Next year will have it's lows. No matter how low things go this year, each year brings its own set of challenges. This board will remind you of the importance of dreaming, creating and manifesting miracles.
